Registration

Registration is confirmed when a confirmation number is issued and, where payment is required, when payment is received or verified. Sponsored registrations carry no charge and still receive a confirmation number.

Payment

Card payments are processed by a PCI-compliant processor. Zelle, Venmo and Cash App payments are marked pending until an ARTSAVE administrator verifies receipt; the confirmation number must appear in the payment memo.

Attendance and conduct

Men of all ages; ages 14 and older are welcome. Attendees are expected to treat all participants, speakers, vendors and staff with respect. ARTSAVE may decline or revoke admission for conduct that endangers or harasses others.

Program changes

Speakers, sessions, venue and schedule may change. The exact New York City venue will be announced before the event.

Media

Photography and video may be captured at the event for ARTSAVE program and promotional use. Contact info@arts-ave.org to opt out.

Not medical care

The conference offers education, resources and community support. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment or emergency care. In an emergency call 911 or 988.
