After the conference on Friday, June 18, 2027, this page will host the attendee survey. It asks — all optional except the ratings — for your name and email, an overall event rating from 1 to 5, the impact on your wellness and healing from 1 to 5, whether you would recommend the event, the most valuable part, suggested improvements, speaker and workshop feedback, food and venue feedback, accessibility and accommodation feedback, interest in future MEN-2-HEALTH events, and permission for us to contact you.
Responses are stored securely and can be exported by ARTSAVE administrators for reporting.
