This policy explains how ARTSAVE, Inc. handles information collected through www.men2health.org for the MEN-2-HEALTH Conference.
What we collect
Names, contact details, attendee details, emergency contacts, accessibility, dietary, language and transportation needs, organization and vendor details, order and donation details, survey responses, and payment status.
What we never store
We do not collect or store raw card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials. Card payments are handled entirely by a PCI-compliant payment processor.
How we use it
To process registrations, orders and donations; to plan accommodations; to send confirmations, receipts and event updates; and to produce internal reporting for ARTSAVE administrators.
Sharing
Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the event (payment processing, email delivery, hosting) and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your choices
Records are retained for the period needed to run the conference and meet accounting and legal obligations. To access, correct or delete your information, email info@arts-ave.org.
Security
Data is stored with row-level access controls, administrator-only routes, server-side validation, restricted file uploads and audit logging.
