Registrations

Registration refunds may be requested by email to info@arts-ave.org up to 14 days before the event. Within 14 days, registrations may be transferred to another attendee at no cost.

Vendor and sponsor packages

Because placement, printing and program listings are committed in advance, vendor and sponsor packages are refundable up to 60 days before the event, less any costs already incurred.

Merchandise

Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup for a refund of the item price. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full — email info@arts-ave.org with your order number.

Donations

Donations are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, contact us within 30 days.

How refunds are issued

Card refunds are returned to the original card through our payment processor. Zelle, Venmo and Cash App payments are refunded through the same method to the sending account. Every refund is recorded against the original confirmation number.

Event cancellation

If ARTSAVE cancels the conference, all paid registrations, vendor packages and merchandise orders are refunded in full.
