Our Purpose and Mission
The MEN-2-HEALTH Conference exists to give youth, young adults and men from traumatic backgrounds a safe destination: a place where mental health can be named without shame, where healing is treated as practical work, and where no one is asked to carry it alone.
Through mental-health education, healing resources, speakers, workshops, panel discussions, shared food, community connection, giveaways and practical wellness tools, the conference turns one afternoon into a starting point for long-term change.
The Five Conference Pillars
01 — Understand
Recognize the signs, triggers, and real-life effects of mental-health challenges.
02 — Heal
Learn strategies for emotional healing and inner peace.
03 — Connect
Build meaningful relationships and break the stigma surrounding mental health.
04 — Empower
Discover purpose and take control of one's life.
05 — Thrive
Apply coping tools that promote growth, resilience, and long-term wellness.
Culturally Responsive Support
Mental-health care works when it recognizes the person in front of it. Culture, faith, family history, neighborhood, language and lived experience all shape how distress shows up and what healing looks like. Our speakers, workshops and resource partners are chosen so that attendees can see themselves in the room and in the guidance offered.
ARTSAVE, Inc.
MEN-2-HEALTH is presented by ARTSAVE, Inc., which develops programming that uses creativity, mentorship and community as pathways to wellness for people affected by trauma.
In Partnership With ARTSAVE Christian Ministries
ARTSAVE Christian Ministries partners on the conference, contributing pastoral care, volunteers and community outreach so that both clinical and faith-rooted support are available to attendees who want them.
Who Should Attend
Men of all ages; ages 14 and older are welcome. Fathers and sons, mentors and mentees, families, organizations serving men and youth, clinicians, faith leaders and anyone supporting a man in their life are all welcome.

Accessibility and Inclusion
We ask every registrant about accessibility accommodations, dietary requirements, language or interpretation needs and transportation concerns, and we plan the event around the answers. This website is built to WCAG 2.2 AA standards with keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, labelled forms, descriptive alt text and reduced-motion support.
If you need an accommodation that our forms do not cover, contact us at info@arts-ave.org or 929-360-6515.
